Abstract

Münir Derman is one of the intellectual people who was brought up in the 20th Century Republic of Turkey. In this article, a brief information will be given about Münir Derman’s life and as a modern day sûfî, his approach to Sufism and the way he adapted Sufism to his life will be explained.

Özet

Münir Derman, 20. yüzyılda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nde yetişmiş münevverlerdendir. Bu makalede Münir Derman’ın hayatı ile ilgili kısa bir bilgi verilerek, günümüz tasavvuf anlayışından farklı bir sûfî olarak yaşadığı dönemde tasavvufu hayatına nasıl adapte ettiği ele alınacaktır.
