Abstract
According to deconstruction, contrary to the acception that they are constant and consistent, the meanings are inherently unstable and inconsistent. Kantian philosophy, as a part of metaphysics of the presence, assigned a transcendent position to “justice” with the concepts of apriori knowledge, unconditional order, freedom and so on. The purpose of this study is to try to take a critical and comperative look at the notion of justice through Kantian concepts, by applying Derrida's deconstruction method
