Abstract
The study area is located within the borders of Tokat province, which is one of the richest provinces in Turkey in terms of gemstone diversity. The region contains various high quality gemstone formations, such as jasper, opal, chalcedony, agate, and chrysoprase, which have both geological and commercial value.
Özet
Çalışma alanı, Türkiye’nin süstaşı çeşitliliği bakımından en zengin illerinden biri olan Tokat ili sınırlarında bulunmaktadır. Bölge hem jeolojik öneme hem de ticari değere sahip oldukça kaliteli ve çeşitli jasper, opal, kalsedon, agat, krizopras, akik gibi süstaşı oluşumlarına ev sahipliği yapmaktadır.
