Abstract
In this study “aza savma and aza verme” tradition which constitutes all of after death applications is investigated. The applications regarding this tradition are intended for both God forgiveness of all worships that the death coludn’t act in his health and the gratification of the soul

Bu çalışmada, Beypazarı’nda ölüm sonrası uygulamaların bütününü oluşturan “aza savma ve aza verme” geleneği incelenmektedir. Bu gelenek çerçevesindeki uygulamalar, hem ölünün sağlığında yerine getiremediği ibadetlerin Allah katında affedilmesine, hem de ruhun şad edilmesine yöneliktir
