Özet
Hemen hemen her ders kitabında yabancı dillerden çevrilmiş metinlere rastlamak olasıdır: Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim 6, 7 ve 8. Sınıf Türkçe dersi kitaplarında yer alan çeviri metinlerin nicelik ve nitelik yönünden irdelenmesine yönelik olacaktır. Öte yandan konuya ilişkin şu sorulara da yanıt aranacaktır: Türkçe çevirisi sunulan metinler öğrenciler için uygun mudur? Hedef dildeki (Türkçe) çevirinin niteliğiyle ilgili neler söylenebilir? Çalışmamızda da görüleceği üzere, ilköğretim Türkçe ders kitaplarında yer alan çeviri metinler, ne yazık ki ne nicelik ne de nitelik olarak yeterli durumdadır
Abstract
In any textbook it is always possible to see some translated texts from foreign languages: The aim of this study is to examine the quality and quantity of the translated texts located in the Turkish language course books of the 6, 7 and 8th year. We will also try to find answers to the following questions: Are the translated texts sufficient and suitable for pupils? What can be said about the quality of translations in the target language (Turkish)? As we shall see throughout the study, the quantity and the quality of the translated texts are unfortunately insufficient
