Abstract
AbstractDifferent answers have been given in the Qur'an to the question of why humans and lifewere created, such as serving God, being God's vicegerent, and having the best behavior. This study deals with the best behavior as a subject that determines the meaning andgoal of human existence and what its consequences are within the framework of theverses containing the subject which are Hûd 7; el-Kehf 7 and the 2nd verse of el-Mülksura. It is understood from the interpretations of the commentators that the bestbehavior can be exhibited by believers who have sincere commitment, faith anddestination and who do not secularise and therefore the best behavior describes theupper rank in servitude and maturation. It is seen that the behaviors that fall within thescope of the best behavior are not limited to the deeds of the organs, but also includethe deeds of the heart, that believers who achieve this goal are praised and appreciatedin the verses, while the polytheists who are deceived by the world's ornaments andstray from this goal are criticized. It is seen that the beneficence rank, which is achievedwith the best behavior, not only makes the servant reach divine favors and treats, butalso makes them have knowledge and experience in knowing and recognizing Allah. The fact that the interpretations of the commentators on the subject are on the same basis shows that there is a general understanding on this issue.
