The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of authentic leadership and management effectiveness through the mediation of knowledge sharing. This study is a correlation research. 160 school principals of Zahedan city were studied by using three questionnaires authentic leadership, knowledge sharing, and management effectiveness.
