Abstract
Munchausen syndrome cases are characterized by making up false symptoms to mislead the physicians. Early diagnosis of the sickness is essential due to the difficulty of its diagnosis and treatment. This study presents a case who checked in the emergency service with the complaint of continuous bleeding and who was considered to experience Munchausen syndrome

Munchausen sendromlu olgular, bedensel hastalık semptomlarını yapay olarak oluşturan ve hekimleri yanıltmaya çalışan hastalardır. Tanılarının zor ve tedavilerinin güç olmaları nedeniyle erken tanınmaları önem arz eder. Bu yazıda acil servise sürekli kanama ile başvuran ve Munchausen sendromu olduğunu düşündüğümüz bir olgu sunulmuştur.
