PROTOTYPING AND DESIGNING OF NONCASE WATER TREATMENT DEVICES’S PLASTIC COLOMNS INSTEAD OF METAL COLOMNS

Abstract
Studies had been completed to clean particules in the water from ancient Greek times to nowadays. This studies include too much elimination systems such as soil, cotton, coil type, carbon type and the last one which is known for now membrane filtering system. Membran filter water treatment system has two types, one of them is with case the other is non-case in market to produce. Noncase model membrane filter water treatment system is a system which all filters assembly to metal body. Metal body is increased the cost for this type. We targeted to keep same strength and decrease the cost for this type, to do that we choiced plastic material instead of metal. So, we decided to study on plastic for designing process. We aimed to design in this part a plastic materil will be produced instead of metal and should be suitable for three filters that we manufactued. Designed material will be produce in 3D printing machine to control assembly conditions. Helping with this application, we will decrease the cost and produce a sample for three different filter types.
Özet
Antik yunan döneminden günümüze kadar suyun içerisindeki görünen veya görünmeyen partiküllerin temizlenmesi için farklı çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmalar suyu kumdan ve çakıldan geçirerek kaynatıp arıtmak, suyu yün, sünger ve kömürden geçirerek arıtma, reçine karbondan geçirerek suyu arıtma ve şu anda kullanılan su arıtma kullanılan membran filtrede geçirilerek suyu arıtma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Membran filtreli olarak piyasada kasalı ve kasasız olarak su arıtma cihazları üretilmektedir. Kasasız su arıtma cihazları metal bir yapı üzerinde filtreler montajı yapılarak üretilmektedir. Kasasız yapıda maliyeti en fazla artıran kısım metal yapının maliyetidir. Bu çalışmamızda metal yapı yerinde aynı mukavemeti sağlayacak şekilde plastikten üretimi sağlamaktadır. Bu amaçla plastik parçanın tasarımı çalışmaları karar verilmiştir. Yapılacak tasarımında üretmiş olduğumuz 3 farklı filtrenin montajına uygun olacak şekilde tek bir parça tasarımı yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Yapılan tasarımın 3 boyutlu yazıcıdan prototipi üretilerek montaj kontrolleri yapılacaktır. Bu sayede hem ürün maliyeti azaltılması, 3 farklı filtreye göre ürün modeli oluşturulması hedeflenmiştir.
