Europep Aile Hekimliği Memnuniyeti Ölçeğine Göre Gümüşhane Aile Hekimliği Memnuniyet Araştırması

Abstract

Gümüşhane is evaluated in the upcoming 10 th year in terms of the patient satisfaction looking at the results of the application of Family Medicine (FM) very few work. There are a few studies in this area. Studies are generally conducted by the national ministry of health research. The purpose of this research was to evaluate this application through the eyes of patients with FM in Gümüşhane application to evaluate the results and to provide a better quality brand. To do this research, Aktürk et al. by Turkish translation has been applied to the scale of the Gümüşhane EUROPEP. In this research we were interviewed face to face with people who benefit from family medicine. Gümüşhane in the central district of were made in the 6th FM .The unanswered questionnaires have not been analyzed. The remaining 142 survey have been analyzed with the SPSS 16 program. The scale is the internal reliability of 0.95. Satisfaction levels is 87.5%. The low level of satisfaction is the question, that seems to be the help of the staff other than doctors. Some of the questions that are unrelated to the high percentage of the option. The reason for this is as Turkish cultural structure and the appointment system is not due to the full. Gümüşhane FM capacity limitations of the targeted results in the full sense of the application as the satisfaction but level is high. We can say survey results will be contribute to a national database.

Özet

Araştırmanın amacı Gümüşhane’de 10’uncu yılına yaklaşan Aile Hekimliği (AH) uygulamasını hasta memnuniyeti açısından değerlendirmektir. Bu alanda çok az sayıda çalışma bulunmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmalar ise genelde Sağlık Bakanlığınca yapılan ulusal çaptaki araştırmalardır. Bu araştırmada Aktürk ve ark. tarafından Türkçeye çevirisi yapılan Aile Hekimliği Memnuniyeti EUROPEP ölçeği Gümüşhane’ye uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada aile hekimliğinden hizmet alan kişiler ile yüz yüze görüşülmüştür. Araştırma Gümüşhane’nin merkez ilçesindeki 6 Aile Sağlığı Merkezi’nde (ASM) yapılmıştır. Cevapsız anketler analiz edilmemiştir. Geriye kalan 142 anket ise SPSS 16 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Ölçeğin iç güvenilirliği 0,95 bulunmuştur. Memnuniyet düzeyi ise %87,5 bulunmuştur. Memnuniyet düzeyi düşük olan noktanın ise doktor dışındaki personelin yardımı olarak gözükmektedir. Bazı sorularda ilgisiz seçeneği yüksek oranda çıkmıştır. Bunun sebebi ise randevu sisteminin tam olarak kullanılmamasından kaynaklanmaktadır. Gümüşhane’de AH uygulamasının kapasite olarak tam anlamıyla hedeflenen sonuçlara ulaşmasa da memnuniyet düzeyinin yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Anketten elde edilen sonuçların ulusal bir veri tabanına katkıda bulunacağını söylenebilir.
