Abstract
Mycoplasma capri strains isolated from goats infected with Contagious pleuropneumonia naturally, were freezdried and have kept at the + 4 C. since 1954. These lyophilized strains were tested many tirnes for their viability and found as alive for 19 years. Some colonial dissociation of the lypohilized strains was also observed on the solid media. Özet
Türkiye'de keçiler arasında seyretmekte olan Bulaşıcı keçi ciğer ağrısı hastalığında akciğerlerden izole edilmiş olan Mycoplasma capri suşları lyoflize bir halde 19 yıl soğukda muhafaza edilmiş canlı kaldıkları tesbit edilmiştir . Ampullerden yapılan ekimlerde görülen dissosiye kolonilere ait resimler 77 numaralı sayfada gösterilmiştir.
