Fakhr al-Din Râzi’s Sufistic Opinions İn Commentary on Surah Al-Fatiha

Abstract
Râzi(d.606/1209) who is prominent with his theologian aspect, known for his famous commentary Tefsir-i Kebir (Mefâtih al-Gayb), his sufistic aspect has not been studied enough. Therefore, there is also a small number of studies on this topic. To draw attention to his sufistic aspect, in the context of the interpretation of the Fatiha surah which isknown to possess the fundamental principles of his interpretation, his sufistic opinions will be examined in this article.

Mütekellim yönüyle öne çıkan, meşhur tefsiri Tefsir-i Kebir (Mefâtihu’l Gayb) ile tanınan Fahreddin Râzi’nin (ö.606/1209) tasavvufî yönü yeterince incelenmemiştir. Dolayısıyla bu konudaki çalışmalar da az sayıdadır. Bu makalede, Râzi’nin tasavvufî yönüne dikkat çekmek amacıyla, tefsirinin temel niteliklerini taşıdığı bilinen Fatiha sûresi tefsiri çerçevesinde, tasavvufî görüşleri incelenecektir.
