Abstract

In this study motivation factors which increase or decreases the art teachers’ motivation were wanted to be determined. In order to perform the selected research, earlier studies had been evaluated to select pointed survey parameters. After preparation of data collecting system and survey questionnaire, the survey had been executed and the data obtained from 110 art teachers worked at state and private owned primary schools in Konya city.
