Abstract
Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) and allergic bronchopulmonary candidiasis are the two most frequently reported forms, of allergic bronchopulmonary mycosis . The rarity of diagnosing these diseases in our country may be due to the insufficient recognition of them. ABPA is seen especially in patients with bronchial asthma and cystic fibrosis, and thus complicating the prognosis of them. Because of the difficulty of diagnosing ABPA and the importance of early diagnosis, we present a case of ABPA and review the literature in order to take ABPA into consideration in clinical diagnosis of chronic lung diseases.
