Escobar syndrome and anaesthesia (Case report)

Abstract
Escobar syndrome is a rare disease with multiple anomalies.In this case, a 13 months' old male patient who has been diagnosed as Escobar syndrome, has undergone an operation for the repair Morgagni Hernia. In this report, we aimed to discuss the anaesthetic management for the patients with Escobar syndrome.
Özet
Escobar sendromu (Multiple Pterygium Sendromu) birçok anomalilerle seyreden nadir bir hastalıktır. Olgumuz, Morgagni hernisi nedeniyle ameliyatı planlanan Escobar sendromu tanısı alan 13 aylık erkek hastadır. Bu olguda Escobar sendromunun anestezi uygulaması yönünden özelliklerinin gözden geçirilmesi planlandı.
