Cesarean anesthesia after myocardial infarction in the term parturient

Abstract
The incidence of myocardial infarction (MI) during pregnancy is quite rare (1/10 000). Acute MI can be seen in the third trimester of pregnancy and at any age. In this case report, we aimed to present a method of general anesthetic management of a 32 year-old multiparous parturient at her 38 weeks of gestation scheduled for a cesarean section with a recent history of inferior MI without ST elevation history.
Özet
Miyokard infarktüsü (Mİ) insidansı gebelik döneminde oldukça nadir olup, insidansı 1/10 000’dir. Akut Mİ; gebeliğin en sık son üç ayında ve herhangi bir yaşta gözlenebilir. Bu olgu sunumunda 32 yaşında, multipar, ST elevasyonsuz inferiyor Mİ geçirmiş 38. gestasyonel haftasında sezaryen planlanan gebede uygulanan genel anestezi yönteminin sunulması amaçlandı.
