Abstract
Lung herniation is a rare clinical condition that usually develops after a thoracic trauma as a herniation of pulmonary parenchyma through a defect in the chest wall. In this case report, we discuss anaesthetic management of a patient undergoing lumbar laminectomy who had a lung herniation that was incidentally diagnosed in the preanaesthetic visit.
Özet
Akciğer herniasyonu genellikle göğüs travması sonrası akciğer parankiminin herniasyonu şeklinde ortaya çıkan nadir bir olgudur. Bu olgu sunumunda lomber laminektomi ameliyatı yapılması planlanan ve anestezi öncesi değerlendirme sırasında tesadüfen akciğer herniasyonu tanısı alan bir hastaya anestezi yaklaşımı tartışılmaktadır.
