Abstract
We report the case of an 89-year-old male with an isolated anterior urethral invasive urothelial carcinoma. This is a rare primary tumour of theanterior urethra, as this area is not lined by urothelium. It was managed with radical penectomy and perineal urethrostomy, and the patient has norecurrence to date
Özet
İzole ön üretral invaziv ürotelyal karsinomu olan 89 yaşında bir erkek olguyu sunuyoruz. Bu, anterior üretranın nadir görülen primer tümörüdür, çünkü bu bölge ürothelium ile kaplı değildir. Bu radikal penektomi ve perineal üretrostomi ile tedavi edildi ve hastanın bugüne kadar nüksü olmadı.
