Quality assurance systems in food industry

Abstract

Developing technologies forced communities into an economic rivalry. Quality is the key for success in this race. In the present time it is essential to have quality managament and assurance systems to corrsepond to the needs and requirements for the goods and services claimed by the customers. The aim of in this article is to give information on the quality guarantee systems that are applied for the food sector.

Bilgi, teknoloji ve iletişim alanındaki önemli gelişimler toplumları her geçen gün yeni gelişimlerin yaşandığı ekonomik bir yarışa itmiştir. Kalite bu yarışta en belirleyici unsurdur. Günümüzde müşteri beklenti ve ihtiyaçlarına uygun güvenli mal ve hizmet üretiminin sağlanması üretim, pazarlama ve satış sonrası hizmetlere kadar tüm aşamaları kapsayan ve sürekli gelişmeyi hedefleyen kalite yönetim ve kalite güvence sistemlerinin uygulanması ile olmaktadır. Bu derlemede gıda sektöründe uygulanan kalite güvence sistemleri hakkında bilgi vermek amaçlanmıştır.
