The Problem Obedience to the Caliph and Khariji Mentality in Islamic Theological Thought

Abstract

The emergence of Hawarij and tough attitudes for the sake oftheir principles have been always discussed. In the history of Islamic politics, one of the first pioneers of the state administration coup is legitimate are Hawarij. The problem of obedience occurred. The events emerged as political and external understanding while Caliph Osman would be killed by a rebel group, after Camel, Sıffin, Hakem and Nehrewan, the vision system and the rule of the caliph and the legitimate blows on orguledig attemp and coup against historical reality. In the science of kalam Islam in search of solutions to the many problems that arise related to political management opinions, suggestions and theories put forward has been trying to like who'd be the manager, it's her choice, the end of the task, obedience to the Caliph. This article some theologians solution proposals, theories, opinions on the subject problem revolt and obedience in the context of the theology politics and character structure of khariji mentality are examined and evaluated.

Hâricîlerin ortaya çıkışı ve savunduğu fikirler uğruna sergilediği katı tavırlar her zaman tartışılan konular arasında olagelmiştir. İslam riyâset tarihinde meşrû idareye karşı isyân girişimlerininilk öncüleri Hâricîler olmuş, itaat problemi zuhûr etmiştir. Halife Hz. Osman’ın meşru yöneticiyken isyancı bir grubun kalkışması sonucu şehit edilmesi, Cemel, Sıffin, Hakem ve Nehrevan olaylarından sonra siyâsî hareket olarak ortaya çıkan Hâricî anlayış, sistemini meşrû halife ve yönetime karşı kalkışma ve darbeler üzerine örgülediği tarihî bir realitedir. İslam kelâmında yöneticininkimin olacağı, seçimi, görevinin sona ermesi, halife’ye itaat gibi siyâsî yönetimle ilgili ortaya çıkanbirçok problemlere çözüm arayışlarında görüş, öneri ve teoriler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bumakâlede kelâm-siyaset ilişkisi bağlamında bazı teologların meşrû yöneticilere karşı girişilen isyanve itaat konusunda görüşleri, çözüm önerileri, teorileri ve Hâricî zihniyetin karakter yapısı incelenip değerlendirilmektedir.
