Abstract

In this study, 300 Pityriais versicolor cases were evaluated with respect to age, sex and localisations of the lesions. Following diagnosis with direct microscopy, culture was made. The rate of growing the agent on Sabouraud-Dextrose- Agar with olive oil was investigated. The causative agent grew in 20 % of the specimens.

Özet

Üçyüz Pityriasis versicolor olgusu yaş, cinsiyet ve lezyonların lokalizasyonu açısından değerlendirildi. Direkt mikroskobi ile tanı konulduktan sonra kültür yapıldı ve zeytinyağlı Sabouraud Dekstroz Agar'da üreme şansı araştırıldı. Olguların % 20'sinden üreme sağlandı.
