The Biosynthesis of the Resin and the Gum-Rosin Production

Abstract

The pine terees (Pinus, Larix, Pseudotsuga and Picea) have resin canals which are consist of the parenchyma cells, genetically. These parenchyma cells then are transformed into epithelial cells, which surround the resin canals. The biosynthesis of the resin is produced by the epithelial cells. Today's world industry produces annually colophon more than 1 million tones and turpentine more than 300.000 tones. Eighty Per cent of these amounts are being produced by pulp industry as byproducts and twenty Per cent by Tapping the living trees. During the last years the organization was not done successfully and the methods used were not qualified , so as a result the trees were harmed and "The Mazek-Fialla Line Method" started to cause harm to our pine trees. But, acid-paste method gives hope to our producers because it is a modern method and decreases the imitative of workers to the minimum level.

Çam ağaçlan (Pinus, Lara, Pseudotsuga and Picea) irsel olarak paransim hücrelerinden meydana gelen reçine kanalları içerirler. Paranşim hücreleri daha sonra reçine kanalının etrafını çevreleyen epitel hücrelerine dönüşürler. Reçinenin biyosentezi epitel hücreleri tarafından yapılır. Günümüzde dünyada l milyon ton dan fazla kolofan ve 300.000 tondan fazla terebentin üretilmektedir. Bu üretimin % 80' den fazlası kağıt hamuru endüstrisinde yan ürün olarak, %2Ü' den fazlası da dikili çam ağaçlarından üretilen akma reçinenin işlenmesinden elde edilmektedir. Son yıllarda organizasyonun bozulması, kaliteli uygulayıcı ve uygulamanın olmaması sonucu reçine üretimine alınan ağaçlar büyük zarar görmüş ve bunun sunucunda "Mazek-Fiaüa Çizgi Metodu" çam ağaçlarımıza zarar verir hala gelmiştir. Fakat, Asit- Pasta metodu koruyucu modern bir uygulama olması ve işçi inisiyatifini en aza indirmesi nedeniyle reçine üretimi için umut vaat etmektedir.
