Özet
Bu makalede öncelikle niteliğin günümüze değin nasıl algılandığı üzerine durduk. Ardından tarihsel olarak nasıl algılanması gerektiği ve bu algının tarih sorunlarını çözmede nasıl değerlendirilmesi gerektiğine vurgu yaptık. Niteliği irdelerken konunun daha net anlaşılabilmesi için bir takım gramatik unsurlar kullandık.
Abstract
In this article, we will initially introduce how quality has been understood up till now. And then we want to give how it must be understood for historical understanding and solutions of historical problems. While analyses quality, we will use some grammatical arguments to give the definite determination of the subject.
