The purpose of this article is to present briefly these two poets coming from differentcountries. Both of these poets use the themes of climate and exile. For Neruda, Chile occupies animportant place of his mind. Aside from political events, love has an equally important place forhim. For Behramoglu, Turkey, without a doubt, is one of the richest regions in the world. Love andlife (political events, exile) are all harmonious in his poems
