Investigation of correlation between wall thickness and insulation thickness on building walls of various orientations from thermal load levelling point ofview

Abstract
In this study, determination from thermal load levelling point of view of the ratio of the wall thickness to the insulation thickness has been numerically investigated. Therefore, the insulation material was placed in the outside surface, the inside surface and the middle of wall of various orientations. Then, while the insulation thickness was increased across wall thickness , wall thickness was decreased in the same amount. For this purpose, the necessary calculations were made for different insulation materials by a computer programme developed in MATLAB, and results obtained were presented as graphics.
Özet
Bu çalışmada, duvar kalınlığının yalıtım kalınlığına oranının ısıl yük seviyesi açısından tespiti sayısal olarak araştırılmıştır. Bunun için değişik yönlere bakan duvarın dış tarafına, iç tarafına ve orta kısmına yalıtım malzemesi yerleştirilerek, yalıtım malzemesi duvar kalınlığı boyunca artırılırken duvar kalınlığı da aynı oranda azaltılmıştır. Bu amaçla, MATLAB' da geliştirilmiş bir bilgisayar programı yardımıyla farklı yalıtım malzemeleri için gerekli hesaplamalar yapılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar grafikler halinde sunulmuştur.
