A Clinical Approach for Supervision of Classroom Activities of Teachers

Abstract
In this article the clinical supervision which is one of the approaches used to supervise the classroom activities of teachers has been mentioned, and its application on Turkish Education System has been dwelled upon. In the end of this study, some problems which might be encontered during the application have been mentioned and suggestions have been made.
Özet
Bu çalışmada, öğretmenlerin sınıf içi etkinlerinin denetlenmesinde kullanılan yaklaşımlardan biri olan klinik denetim hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve Türkiye eğitim sisteminde uygulanabilirliği üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmanın sonunda uygulamada karşılaşılabilecek bazı sorunlara dikkat çekilmiş ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.
