Özet
Günümüzde bilişim teknolojisi hızla ilerlemektedir. Bu ilerleme internet kullanımının yaygınlaşmasına sebep olmaktadır. İnternet günlük hayatın her noktasında kullanıldığı gibi, ticaret hayatında da kullanılmaktadır. İşletmeler artık geleneksel yöntemler yerine modern hayata uyum sağlamak için, teknolojik yöntemleri kullanmaktadırlar. Bu işletmelere dahil olan KOBİ’ lerde ticaret hayatlarında teknolojiden faydalanıp, E-İş sistemlerini kullanmaktadırlar. E- İş sistemleri sayesinde tüketici ihtiyaçlarına daha hızlı ve kaliteli bir şekilde cevap verip, piyasada hem rekabet güçlerini hem de bunun bir sonucu olarak da, işletme performansını arttırabilmektedirler. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Erzurum Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde bulunan KOBİ’lerde E-İş sistemlerinin kullanımının işletme performansına olan etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırma için gerekli veriler anket yöntemi ile elde edilmiş ve SPSS 20.00 paket programı kullanılarak gerekli analizler yapılmıştır. Araştırma da KOBİ’lerde E-İş sistemlerinin kullanımının işletme performansı üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir.
Abstract
Today, information technology is rapidly advancing. This progress has led to widespread of the use of Internet. The Internet is used in every aspect of daily life and also in commercial life. Businesses use technological methods to adapt to modern life rather than traditional methods now. SMEs involved in these businesses also benefit from technology in their commercial lives and use E-Business systems. Thanks to E-Business systems, they can respond to consumer needs more quickly and in a quality way; and as a result of this they can increase their competitiveness both in the market and their performance. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the use of E-business systems in the SMEs located in the Erzurum Organize Industrial Zone on business performance. The data required for the research were obtained by the questionnaire method and necessary analyzes were made using the SPSS 20.00 package program. In the research, the effect of the use of e-business systems on business performance in SMEs has been examined.
