Abstract
The primary aim of this study is for the small-sized enterprises like organized industrial zone enterprises to identify the expectations of the graduate students of business management and accounting at Vocational School of Higher Education and to specify the relation and aspect of the correspondence of their education and expectation. For this purpose, questionnaires were prepared for the accounting supervisors, managers and employers found at the food sector of Ankara Organized Industrial Zone and 68 responses were received to the questionnaire. By developing hypotheses, frequency and correlation analyses were done by means of SPSS packaged software
Özet
Bu çalışmanın ana amacı, organize sanayi bölgesi işletmeleri gibi küçük kapsamlı işletmelerin meslek yüksek okulu işletme ve muhasebe alanı mezun ve öğrencilerinden beklentilerini tespit etmek ve beklentiler ile eğitimlerin örtüşme oran ve yönünü belirlemektir. Bu amaçla, Ankara Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde gıda sektöründe yer alan firmalardaki muhasebe sorumluları, yöneticiler ve işletme sahiplerine yönelik olarak anket soruları hazırlanmış ve 68 yanıt alınmıştır. Hipotezler oluşturularak, frekans ve korelasyon analizleri SPSS paket programı aracılığıyla yapılmıştır
