This article deals with the introduction of the constitutional complaint in 2010 by the constitutional reform in Turkey. It indicates the advantages which this procedure can mean for the Turkish individuals in future. Besides, the complaint procedure already to be found in Germany serves as a model The author will point also the advantages for the Turkish Government in the context of the European convention of human rights.
