Abstract
Transient Neurologic Symptoms is a neurotoxicity syndrome characterized by pain and dysesthesia radiated to the buttocks and sacral dermatoms within the first 24 h, in the postoperative period after intrathecal local anaesthetic application. In tliis case report; we aimed to present a patient who had GNS symptoms on postoperative 18 h. and recovered on postoperative 17th day after TUR-P operation with spinal anaesthesia using 2% lidocain.
