Smith lemli opitz syndrome (SLOS) and Anaesthesia (Case report)

Abstract

We are presenting a case with Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome who was operated for pylor stenosis. Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome is an autosomal recessive disorder that causes multiple system anomalies in which cardiopulmonary system, central nervous system, genitourinary system, gastrointestinal system and airway may affect by these congenital anomalies. The perioperative problems in this syndrome have been discussed.
