Amaç: Bu çalışmada hastanemizde erken girişim gerektiren doğuştan kalp hastalığı tanısı alan yenidoğanların sorunlarının irdelenmesi amaçlandı. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Ocak 2011- Ocak 2013 tarihleri arasında hastanemizin yenidoğan yoğun bakım birimine erken girişim gerektiren doğuştan kalp hastalığı tanısı ile yatırılan yenidoğanların dosyaları geriye dönük olarak değerlendirildi.
