Abstract

Giant cell tumor of soft parts is a rare tumor that is clinically andhistologically similar to giant cell tumor of the bone. We present a53-year-old female with a giant cell tumor of low malignant potentialarising from the neck. The clinicopathological features and theimportance of immunohistochemistry in the differential diagnosiswith other giant cell rich tumors was discussed.

Özet

Yumuşak dokunun dev hücreli tümörü, kemiğin dev hücrelitümörüne klinik ve histolojik olarak benzeyen, nadir görülen birtümördür. Burada, 53 yaşındaki kadın hastada boyunundan köken alan düşük malign potansiyelli dev hücreli tümör olgusu sunuldu.Klinikopatolojik özellikleri ve diğer dev hücreden zengin tümörlerdenayırıcı tanısında immünohistokimyanın önemi tartışıldı.
