İntestinal Metaplazi Gösteren Müllerianozis: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract
müllerianosis or müllerian choristomas are developmental alterations that consist of an organoid structure with normal müllerian tissue. Wepresent a 62-year-old patient diagnosed on ultrasound scanning and on CT scan of bilateral ovarian cysts. During surgery, a left ovarian cyst andretroperitoneal tumor (adhered to sigmoid serous surface) were found. On histological examination, the tumor corresponded with a müllerianchoristoma showing endometrial, endosalpingeal and endocervical epithelium, with foci of intestinal metaplasia, a phenomenon not describedin the literature.
Özet
Müllerianozis veya Müllerian koristomlar normal mülleryan dokular içeren, organ benzeri yapılarından oluşan gelişimsel değişikliklerdir. Ultrasonografi ve bilgisayarlı tomografi ile bilateral over kisti tanısı konmuş 62 yaşında bir olguyu sunduk. Hastanın operasyonu sırasında sol over kisti ve sigmoid kolon serozasına yapışık şekilde retroperitoneal tümör izlendi. Histolojik incelemede tümör dokusunun müllerian koristomla uyumlu olduğu, endometrial, endosalpingeal, endoservikal epiteli ve daha önce literatürde bildirmeyen şekilde intestinal metaplazi odakları içerdiği görüldü.
