Abstract

Bilateral vestibulopathy is a rare condition. It is one ofthe most difficult balance problems to treat because nearly all patients experience long-term unsteadiness. Inthis report, a 39-year-old woman gradually developingchronic dizziness and instability due to bilateral vestibulopathy as a result of progressive severe cochlear otosclerosis was presented with review of the literature.

Özet

Bilateral vestibülopati nadir bir durumdur. Hastaların neredeyse tümünün uzun süreli dengesizlik yaşama- sı nedeniyle tedavisi en zor olan denge sorunlarından biridir. Bu çalışmada, ileri derecede koklear otoskleroz nedeniyle oluşan bilateral vestibulopatiye bağlı kronik lopathy as a result of progressive severe cochlear otoscle- rosis was presented with review of the literature.
