Abstract

Purpose: To investigate the oxidative stress in vitreus of proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) patients. Material and Method: Thirty-eight patients with PDR included in the "PDR" group, 6 patients with idiopathic epiretinal membrane, 11 patients with regmatogenous retinal detachment, 5 paitents with macular hole included in the "control group". Amaç: Proliferatif diabetik retinopatide (PDR), vitreustaki oksidatif stresin araştırılması. Yöntem: PDR tanısı alan 38 olgu "PDR" gurubunu oluştururken, idiopatik epiretinal membran tanısı ile opere edilen 6 olgu, regmatojen retina dekolmam tanısı ile opere edilen 11 olgu ve maküla deliği tanısı ile opere edilen 5 olgu olmak üzere toplam 22 olgu "kontrol" grubunu oluşturdu.
