Abstract
Objectives: To investigate visual and anatomical outcomes of vitreoretinal surgeries in patients with Eales’ disease. Materials and Methods: In this retrospective study, 22 eyes of 21 patients with vitreous hemorrhage (VH) or tractional retinal detachment (TRD) secondary to Eales’ disease who underwent vitreoretinal surgery between January 1997 and December 2015 and had at least 1 year of follow-up were included. Amaç: Eales hastalığında uygulanan vitreoretinal cerrahilerin görsel ve anatomik sonuçlarını ve son görme keskinliğine etki eden faktörleri araştırmak. Gereç ve Yöntem: Retrospektif olarak tasarlanan bu çalışmaya Eales hastalığına bağlı vitreus hemorajisi (VH) veya traksiyonel retina dekolmanı nedeniyle Ocak 1997 ve Aralık 2015 tarihleri arasında vitreoretinal cerrahi uygulanan, en az bir yıl takipli 21 hastanın 22 gözü dahil edildi. Bulgular: En iyi düzeltilmiş görme keskinliği (EİDGK) ortalaması son muayenede (0,6±0,9 logMAR) preoperatif döneme (1,8±1,1 logMAR) göre anlamlı şekilde artmıştı (p
