Abstract

In this report we present a 62-year-old man with cervical spinal stenosis and cord compression, in whom we applied anterior cervical decompression and fusion by using calvarial bone grafts. Here we emphasize the superiorty of calvarial bone graft to iliac crest, rib, tibia and fibula grafts.

Bu yazıda servikal spinal stenoz ve kord kompresyonu olan, kalvarial kemik greftler kullanılarak anterior servikal dekompresyon ve füzyon yapılan 62 yaşında erkek bir olgu sunduk. Kalvarial kemik greftin iliak, kosta, tibia vefibulagreftlereüstünlüğünü vurguladık.
