Surgical treatment of postoperative syringomyelia

Abstract
A case of postoporative syringomyelia treated with subarachnoid space reconstruction and formation of a surgical meningocele is presented. Surgical techniques for the treatment of syrigomyelia are discussed.

Bu yazıda ameliyat sonrasında gelişen siringomyeli tedavisinde uyguladığımız subaraknoid mesafe rekonstrüksiyonu ve cerrahi meningosel oluşturma tekniğini sunuldu ve siringomyeli tedavisinde uygulanan diğer teknikler tartışıldı.
