A case of Behcet's disease presenting with superior vena cava syndrome, pericarditis and pleurisy

Abstract
A patient presenting with the complaints of swelling in face and upper body, dyspnea and a sharp chest pain was diagnosed as having vena cava superior syndrome, pleurisy and pericarditis due to Behçet's disease. Differential diagnosis and follow-up findings were discussed with reference to the literature.
Özet
Yüz ve üst gövdede şişme, nefes darlığı ve batıcı göğüs ağrısı yakınmaları ile başvuran bir hastada Behçet sendromuna bağlı vena kava süperior trombozu, plörezi ve perikardit saptandı. Bulguların ayırıcı tanısı ve takibi literatür bilgileri ile karşılaştırılarak tartışıldı.
