Abstract
The GEMINI-ACS-1 trial has recently been published.It was designed to test whether low dose rivaroxabanas an antithrombotic agent is as safe as aspirin in patients withacute coronary syndromes (ACS). The trial is important to setlight to future of ACS management.

GEMINI-ACS-1 çalışması kısa süre önce yayımlanmış-tır. Çalışma, rivaroksabanın, antitrombotik olarak kullanılan dü-şük dozunun akut koroner sendrom (AKS) hastalarında aspirinkadar güvenli olup olmadığını test etmek üzere dizayn edilmiş-tir. Çalışma, AKS tedavisinin geleceğine ışık tutması açısındanönemlidir.
