Diagnosis and elimination of reading difficulty case study

Abstract
In this study the efficiency of repeated reading, feedback, and reward techniques are examined for the development of word recognition and reading skills on fifth grade elemantary school students with reading difficulties. The research is conducted on a fifth grade student on 2006-2007 education year spring semester at Afşinbey Elemantary School in Yenimahalle, Ankara. As a result of practice it has been concluded that a student who was at “frustration level” was reached to “instructional level” in terms of reading skills.
