Bronko-alveolar sıvının kinyoun boyaması ile tanı konulan bir akciğer kist hidatik olgusu

Abstract
A 46-year-old man, who presented with an eight-month history of sputum and cough, was given presumptive diagnoses of malignancy and tuberculosis, After examination he was found to have a hydatid cyst. The diagnosis was made by the Identification of Echinococcus hooklets (EH) in bronchoscopic lavage material stained with Kinyoun stain. in conclusion, observation of acid-fast stained EH during the cytological examination of bronchial material may sometimes be helpful in the diagnosis of hydatid cysts.
Özet
46 yaşında balgam çıkarma ve öksürük yakınmaları ile başvuran hastada, fizik muayene ve radyolojik incelemeler sonucu malignite ve tbc ayırıcı tanısı düşünüldü. Yapılan bronkoskopi lavajında asit- fast boyanma özelliği ile dikkat çeken Echinococcus gronulosus (E. Gronulosus) çengelinin görülmesi ile tanı konuldu. Tanı serolojik olarak IHA testi ile de doğrulandı. Sonuç olarak bronkoskopik lavaj örneklerinin sitolojik incelemelerde asit -fast boyanma özelliği olan E. gronulosus çengelinin bilinmesi bazen tanı koydurucu olabilir.
