Abstract

Dexiogonimus ciureanus Witenberg, 1929 (Trematoda: Heterophyidae) was found for the first time in cats in Turkey. One out of 12 (8.3 %) street cats was infected with this trematode. Only one parasite was found inthe small intestine of the cat.

Özet

Bursa şehir merkezinden yakalanan 12 sokak kedisinin otopsi incelemesinde kedilerden birinin (% 8.3) ince bağırsağında daha önce Türkiye'de varlığı bildirilmeyen bir adet Dexiogonimus ciureanus Witenberg, 1929 (Trematoda:Heterophyidae) bulunmuştur.
