Abstract

Elytroplastron bubali, previously not observed in any host animal species from Turkey, was first detected in the rumen contents of domestic goats (Capra hircus) in Adana with a frequency of 37.5%.

Türkiye'deki herhangi bir konak hayvan türünden önceden gözlenmemiş olan Elytroplastron bubali, %37.5'lik bir görülme sıklığına sahip olacak şekilde Adana'daki evcil keçilerin (Capra hircus) işkembe içeriklerinden ilk kez belirlenmiştir.
