Abstract
Informed consent is a patient's right to be presented with sufficientinformation, by either the physician or their representative, to allow the patient to make an informed decision regarding whether or not to consent to a treatment or procedure. In this letter, we’ll give a sample study from Ege University Hospital, Hospital Ethics Committee. Turk J Phys Med Rehab 2008;54:39-40.

Bilgilendirilmiş onam, hekimin ya da diğer tıbbi ekibin yeterli bilgi vermesi, tedavi prosedürü içinde hastanın bilgilendirilmiş kararının sağlanmasına yardımcı olan bir hasta hakkıdır.
