Abstract
It was determined that, the most common root-knot nematode species is Meloidogyne incognita in vegetables growing areas in Bafra and Çarşamba plains. In order to 'start to determine the races in these regions, samples of 3 populations were tested by North Carolina Differential Host Test. As a result, it was found that root-knot nematode of these populations are belonged to M. incognita Race 2.
