Abstract
Peliosis hepatis (PH) is an uncommon vascular disorder of the liver that may be caused by several etiologic agents and different pathogenetic mechanisms. Androgens which are widely used in the treatment of bone marrow failure syndromes can cause hepatic peliosis in rare cases. We describe a case of Fanconi aplastic anaemia in which PH developed after 4 years of treatment with androgens
Özet
Peliosis hepatis karaciğerin değişik etiyolojik faktörler ve farklı patogenetik mekanizmalara bağlı olarak gelişen nadir bir vasküler hastalığıdır. Kemik iliği yetmezliği sendromlarında sıklıkla kullanılan androjenler nadiren peliosis hepatise neden olabilirler. Biz Fanconi aplastik anemi tanısı ile 4 yıldır androjen kullanan ve peliosis hepatis gelişen bir olguyu sunduk.
