Abstract
Aplasia cutis congenita (ACC) is a rare disease. ACC is a disease characterized by absence of skin at birth. Although associated with various syndromes, it is often seen as on isolated lesion. A five and a half month old boy with ACC was presented; it was observed that there was no scalp in the presence of the bone in this patient. Our country is an uncommon entity in the literature. So we aim to remind in the differential diagnosis.
Özet
Aplazia kutis konjenita (AKK) nadir görülen, doğumda cilt yokluğu ile karakterize bir hastalıktır. Çeşitli sendromlarla birlikteliği olsa da, genellikle izole lezyon olarak görülür. Burada kemik yokluğunun eşlik etmediği skalpte AKK tanısı alan beş buçuk aylık erkek çocuk sunulmuştur. Ülkemiz literatüründe seyrek rastlanan antiteyi ayırıcı tanıda hatırlatmayı amaçladık.
