Abstract

Inferior dislocation of shoulder is a rare form of dislocation of the glenohumeral joint. It has a typical appearance; elbow is above the head and the arm is in hyperabducted position. Humerus is in a position that locked in fixed abduction. In our presentation, we aimed to discuss the pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment of Luxatio Erecta by presenting two unilateral Luxatio Erecta cases.

Özet

İnferior omuz çıkıkları, omuz çıkıklarının çok nadir görülen bir formudur. Çok tipik bir görünümü vardır; dirsek başın üzerinde ve kol hiperabdüksiyondadır. Humerus abdüksiyonda kilitlenmiş durumdadır. Sunumumuzda 2 hastada oluşan tek taraflı travmatik Luxatio Erecta olgusunun oluş mekanizmasını, tanı ve tedavisini literatür eşliğinde tartışmayı amaçladık.
